  • we can keep accurate and detailed accounts

The credit or debit card details you used to pay for the e-course are handled by Stripe. Pippin Consultancy cannot access and does not handle or store credit or debit card details.

We need to hold your name and email address so that you can login to access the e-course(s) you have bought. If you no longer wish to have access to the e-course, we can delete this information. Security

We take the security of your personal data very seriously. We hold personal data in several places:

  • We use Xero to manage our accounts and we store details of clients and suppliers on it
  • We use Active Campaign to send The Pips and we store details of people who have asked to receive The Pips on it
  • We use WordPress to host our e-courses and we store details of people who have bought e-courses from us there to enable them to log in and access them.

We have chosen these applications because they offer us the tools we need and because they are widely recognised to be among the most reliable and most secure solutions available in each case. We also take all reasonable precautions to keep the data we hold on you in these places safe, including having appropriately complicated passwords.

Your rights

No matter what their relationship with us, the person who is in charge of handling and controlling the personal data we hold on people is Pippin Consultancy’s director, Catherine Every.

She is the person to contact if you believe the information we hold on you is incorrect. You can ask to see the information and have it corrected or deleted.

She is also the person to contact if have a complaint about the way we have handled your personal data. You can ask to have the complaint investigated.
