When you work with me on a content marketing project we follow a three stage process with the ultimate goals of increasing engagement with your content and growing your brand’s reputation.
Research and discovery
We start with the research and discovery phase. This is where I gather all the data that’s relevant to the project. Target customer information, content marketing plan, KPIs, customer feedback, competitor information, website analytics and so much more – everything I need to get to grips with the project and add the most value.
Writing and editing
This is the nitty gritty of the project – drafting the copy that will deliver the results. If the content is going to be taken into design this phase also includes working alongside your design team so design and content are working in harmony to give maximum return.
Testing and measuring
Once content is live, I’ll ask to see user analytics and metrics so we can track results and understand how content can be even better in future.
