Build your audience with interesting, useful and readable content

Blogs, articles, ebooks, white papers and case studies are all excellent ways to build your audience and boost your credibility. But in a world where thousands of other companies are doing the same thing, how do you stand out from the crowd?

The answer is to offer useful and interesting content that speaks clearly to your audience and is a fair exchange for their time.

That’s where I come in.

I specialise in writing content marketing collateral that adds value to your business and grows your reputation with your target audience.

My process

When you work with me on a content marketing project we follow a three stage process with the ultimate goals of increasing engagement with your content and growing your brand’s reputation.

Research and discovery

We start with the research and discovery phase. This is where I gather all the data that’s relevant to the project. Target customer information, content marketing plan, KPIs, customer feedback, competitor information, website analytics and so much more – everything I need to get to grips with the project and add the most value.

Writing and editing

This is the nitty gritty of the project – drafting the copy that will deliver the results. If the content is going to be taken into design this phase also includes working alongside your design team so design and content are working in harmony to give maximum return.

Testing and measuring

Once content is live, I’ll ask to see user analytics and metrics so we can track results and understand how content can be even better in future.

A client told us they had invited us in to discuss their project because of our website. They said it spoke to them in a language they could understand and that it had a strong sense of flow throughout. So thank you for all your work.
